Facebook's tears is a metaphor of the artist's daily life, constantly interrupted by crying crises provoked by the news from Brazil. During one hour the artist performs various actions such as drawing and painting with menstrual blood, following the Facebook timeline, republishing articles, photos and videos from the timeline, posting images of the menstrual paints, and checking the likes. For every "like" smiley who cries, the artist applies a layer of the tiger's ointment under her eyes and really cries.
